Sufjan Stevens finally released an old outtake from 2009′s The BQE, “Which One Are You?” According to his super secret (but not really) Soundcloud/Tumblr alias “Tumblr Ghetto,” the track didn’t make the final LP because he “[c]ould not clear melody w/ ELP publishers. The Endless Enigma of intellectual property. One person’s homage is another lawyer’s annoyance, I guess.”
